Magna Park, Europe's largest dedicated distribution park[1], is located near Lutterworth, Leicestershire, England in what is known as the 'Golden Triangle' for distribution - between junction 20 of the M1, Junction 1 of the M6 and Junction 1 of the M69. Access is from the A4303 road. It is owned by Gazeley.[2]
Magna Park covers 500 acres (200 ha) and will provide up to 7,700,000 square feet (720,000 m2) of floor space of distribution. Of this, over 6,500,000 square feet (600,000 m2). has already been developed. It is occupied by 28 distribution operators including Asda, Nissan, Toyota, Argos, Britvic Soft Drinks, BSS/PTS, BT, DHL Healthcare, DHL Siemens, DHL Brother, LIDL, Geodis, George Clothing, CML, The Disney Store, Kingfield Heath (VOW), Costco, Computer 2000, Wincanton, CERT Octavian, UTL (Unipart), VWR, and TNT.
The park lies in the civil parish of Bitteswell and the district of Harborough[3]
