- Madurta railway station
-
Madurta railway station was 33.8 km (21m18ch) by rail from Adelaide, South Australia, on the now closed Bridgewater line.
The station was located in the Adelaide Hills suburb of Aldgate, east of the Cricklewood Road level crossing, which is at the intersection of Cricklewood Road, Milan Terrace and Madurta Avenue Heathfield.
Facilities consisted of a 67.1 metre long platform and a shelter shed. The shelter shed was not located on the platform, instead being located between the platform and the level crossing.
Madurta was closed in 1987 when suburban rail services to Bridgewater line ceased. Both the platform and shelter shed have since been demolished.
