Jesar is a village in Mahuva Taluka of Bhavnagar district of Gujarat.[1][2]
Before independence it was a small Princely State of India, ruled by Sarvaiya Rajputs.[3][4] Upon independence in 1947, the Princely State of Jesar was merged into Union of India to form a part of United State of Kathiawar aka Saurashtra State.
