Dubai world central Commercial City is the under construction development in Dubai World Central, Dubai. It will cover an area of 85,600,000 sq ft (7,950,000 m2), the development will consist of one to 45-storey buildings, which are expected to employ around 150,000 people. Total estimated population is 450,000[1]. The estimated cost of Dubai world central commercial city is USD 32,000 million[1] Dubai world central Commercial City will become the new financial hub of Dubai, the entire development is separated into eight zones:
- The urban village
- Lake district
- The seven towers
- Central park
- Creative commercial district
- Grand central
- Business District
- Residential crescent
