Dubai Outlet City is a mixed used development covering an area of 9,800,000 square feet (910,000 m2), located in Dubailand. When completed Dubai Outlet City will encompass the Dubai Outlet Mall, floating hotels, Somoa Hotel, Budget Hotel, and a cultural and entertainment centre.

The Dubai Outlet Mall is the shopping centre located in Dubai outlet city.

Oasis Beach & Promenade

A large portion of the Dubai Outlet City project, upon completion will be transformed into an enchanting water resort with an artificial beach in the middle of the desert. There will be a promenade planned with shopping and entertainment.
