Dubai International Academy is a K-12 school in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a private institution run by Innoventure Education, representing over 76 different nationalities. They opened their door on September 10, 2005 with over 500 students from 55 countries. They run Geneva based International Baccalaureate (IB) – Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP). Currently DIA has over 2000 students from over 80 countries.
Dubai International Academy is accredited by both the Council of International Schools and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
DIA is also known for it's successful Model United Nations conference known as DIAMUN. It is a THIMUN (The Hague International Model United Nations) affiliated conference and is currently preparing for it's fourth annual conference in March.
