Black Screams is the first EP by the Italian progressive death metal band Sadist, released in 1991 by Obscure Plasma. The EP is 46 seconds longer than its demo release. It was also re-released in 1992 under American indie label Wild Rag Records with one unknown bonus track and was limited to only 2500 copies which were sold worldwide.
