Dong Van (Vietnamese: Đồng Văn) is a district (huyện) of Ha Giang Province in the Northeast region of Vietnam.

As of 2003 the district had a population of 57,715.^[1] The district covers an area of 447 km². The district capital lies at Pho Bang.^[1]
