Dong Huling Traditional Chinese 董虎嶺 Simplified Chinese 董虎岭 Transcriptions Mandarin - Hanyu Pinyin Dǒng Hǔlǐng Dong Huling (1918 – 29 November 1992) was a teacher of Dong style T'ai chi ch'uan (Taijiquan) and Yang-style t'ai chi ch'uan. He taught in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the US. His name is also written "Dong Hu Ling". Born in Hebei, China, he moved to Hong Kong with his father Tung Ying-chieh in 1947. He emigrated to the United States in 1966 and taught Dong style Tai Chi Chuan in Hawaii and California.
