In The Rough era

Diemonds independently released their debut E.P. "In the Rough" in October '08. It was named by Classic Rock Magazine to be one of the best albums of 2009. They’ve played with bands like L.A. Guns, Faster Pussycat, John Corabi, Teenage Head (band), Rough Trade (band) and New York’s Semi-Precious Weapons. Now Magazine had a music feature for Diemonds in the NXNE FESTIVAL GUIDE - THURSDAY, JUNE 12 2008.[3]

2010 Through To The Present

In March 2010 Diemonds toured through Canada once again supporting Santa Cruz, California glam metal band Dirty Penny.[4]

They have finished recording a new full-length album with Jon Drew (Fucked Up, Tokyo Police Club) set for release in 2011.

The band toured through the eastern United States from May 17 - June 21. They played four sets at the prestigious glam festival Rocklahoma 2011 and spent 11 days in Texas even going so far as the Texican border.

Their video for Take on the Night was released July 15, 2011.
