Richard "Dick" Padbury (birth registered January→March 1886 in Runcorn district^[1] — death unknown) was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s and '10s who at representative level played for Great Britain, and England, and at club level for Runcorn RLFC, playing at Prop, or Hooker, i.e. number 8 or 10, or, 9, during the era of contested scrums.

International honours

Dick Padbury won caps for England while at Runcorn RLFC in 1908 against Wales, and New Zealand, in 1909 against Wales, and in 1912 against Wales, and won a cap for Great Britain while at Runcorn RLFC playing Hooker in the 6-5 victory over Australia at Villa Park on 10 February 1909.^[2]
