The Defence Storage and Distribution Agency was an executive agency of the Government of the United Kingdom under the Ministry of Defence. Its chief executive was Neil Firth.[1] The DSDA operated from locations in the United Kingdom and northern Germany and was the storage and distribution arm of the Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) organisation.[2] The role of the Agency was to store, maintain, issue, process and distribute materiel for the MoD and other designated users.[2]
From 1 August 2010 DSDA became one of a number of Joint Support Chain Teams within DE&S and is no longer an executive agency of the MoD.[3]

Through working in collaboration with our staff, customers, consumers and the DE&S, we have a team that can meet in full the logistics challenges posed to the MOD in the 21st Century.
