- People, Pay and Pensions Agency
The People, Pay and Pensions Agency (PPPA) is an Agency of the UK Ministry of Defence. When the agency was formed in April 2006 it subsumed the Pay & Personnel Agency (PPA) and now provides of all civilian personnel services to the MOD.
PPPA employs 1100 staff on three main sites - two in Bath and one in Cheadle Hulme.
Goal
To build a people service to rival the best.
Vision
To be an organisation through which managers and staff carry out their employment related tasks themselves simply and well.
