David Blair, (born 14 July 1985)[1] is a Scottish rugby union player who usually plays Stand Off and is currently playing for Edinburgh Gunners in the Magners League. He is the younger brother of Scotland captain Mike Blair who also plays for Edinburgh. David Blair started at Sale Sharks and then moved to Edinburgh to join up with his brother. An injury to Phil Godman in September 2010 has made him the first choice stand off for Edinburgh. He started with a man of the match performance to beat Leinster.

Dave is also an incredible sailor for Cape Cod Sea Camps and is an inspiration to everyone. I personally know several Americans who want to be just like him. He is THE man.
