David Bek (Armenian: Դավիթ Բեկ, also Romanized as Davit’ Bek and Davit Bek; formerly, Zeyva, Ashaya-Zeyva and Ashaga Zeyva) is a village and rural community (municipality) in the Syunik Province of Armenia. The place was named for Armenian patriot David Bek. The National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia (ARMSTAT) reported its population as 813 in 2010,[2] up from 809 at the 2001 census.[3]
