Davey Nunataks

Davey Nunataks (72°58′S 74°52′E / 72.967°S 74.867°E / -72.967; 74.867) are a group of seven nunataks lying 3 nautical miles (6 km) southwest of Mount Harding in the Grove Mountains. Mapped by ANARE (Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions) from air photos, 1956-60. Named by Antarctic Names Committee of Australia (ANCA) for S.L. Davey, topographic draftsman with the Division of National Mapping, Australian Dept. of National Development, who has contributed substantially to the production of Antarctic maps.
