Daniel Bowles is an Australian football (soccer) player currently playing at Gold Coast United in the Hyundai A-League.

Club career

Daniel Bowles has been with the Brisbane Roar since 2008, participating in the clubs inaugural National Youth League season, where the Brisbane Roar would finish 3rd, just missing out on a spot in the final. The following season, Bowles would feature heavily, being a sturdy defender in what was a dismal season for the team. On the 7th February, 2011, Bowles would be called up to the senior team following the departure of former player of the season, Luke DeVere. He signed a 1 year contract that takes him through to the end of the season. [1]

Daniel played all of his junior football in Toowoomba, initially with the St Albans Football club followed by South Toowoomba Hawks and made his senior debut at 15 with Toowoomba Raiders who play in the Brisbane Premier League (BPL)

In 9 September's edition of the Courier Mail, it was reported that Bowles would trial at Right Back for Gold Coast United in a pre season match later in the month
