Dança dos Famosos 3 was the third season of Brazilian reality television show Dança dos Famosos which premiered May 14, 2006 and ended August 6, 2006 on the Rede Globo television network.

Twelve celebrities were paired with twelve professional ballroom dancers, an increase over the previous seasons. Fausto Silva and Adriana Colin were the hosts for this season. This was the second season of the show to air in the same year.

Former Olimpic Athlete Robson Caetano won the competition over Zorra Total Comedian Stepan Nercessian.[1]

Overview

  • The twelve celebrities were split by gender into two groups. Each celebrity would dancing on their respective group's night. After four couples eliminated, the eight couples left begin the final round where everybody dances together.
  • Robson Caetano was the first male winner. The season also produced the first ever all-male final two.
