Damoy village comes under Umaria District of Madhya Pradesh.
Damoy is surrounded mainly by Indwar, Bharewa & Chinsura village, which is very close to Panpatha Sanctuary and 32 KM from Bandhavgarh National Park (www.bandhavgarhnationalpark.com). Bandhavgarh National Park is one of the wild life sanctuaries in the Indian state Madhya Pradesh, situated at 197 km away north-east of Jabalpur.
This village is well connected with nearby city Jabalpur via Railway line (Katni – Singrauli) and also connected with nearby like Shahdol, Rewa, Satna by road. The mode of travel to this village and surrounding village is mainly train, road public transport is not good in this area but by private vehicle you can visit by road also.
