Uncut Dope: Geto Boys' Best is the first compilation album by the Geto Boys, released on November 3, 1992 through Rap-a-Lot and Priority Records.

The compilation contained tracks from their first four albums, 1989's Grip It! On That Other Level, 1990's The Geto Boys and 1991's We Can't Be Stopped, but their 1988 debut album, Making Trouble is only represented by the DJ cut, "Balls and My Word" (renamed to "And My Word" in the album's liner notes for unknown reasons). Uncut Dope also contained two previously unreleased songs, "The Unseen" (which is the first Geto Boys song with Big Mike) and "Damn It Feels Good to Be a Gangsta". Uncut Dope peaked at 147 on the Billboard 200.
