Dalangshan Formation
Stratigraphic range: Late CretaceousType Geological formation Location Region Asia The Dalangshan Formation (simplified Chinese: 大塱山组; traditional Chinese: 大塱山組; pinyin: Dàlǎngshān Zǔ) is a geological formation in Guangdong, China, whose strata date back to the Late Cretaceous period.
Dinosaur remains are among the fossils that have been recovered from the formation.[1]
