It covers the whole Naga City and nearby towns. Establishment of Q channel 28 as a relay of Q channel 11 Manila is part of GMA Network's expansion of provincial stations and establishment of GMA Regional Network in Bicol Region.
In February 28, 2011, it will reformat to GMA News TV.
