The company was founded in 1996.
CyberLink products include PowerDVD, PowerDirector (video editing software), PowerCinema (Media center software), CyberLink Media Suite (a multimedia software suite), PowerProducer (DVD authoring software), CyberLink MediaShow (Image organizer and viewer) and Power2Go (Optical disc authoring software).
Currently, PowerCinema can be found being bundled with HP (HP QuickPlay), Acer (Acer Arcade) and Dell laptops (Dell MediaDirect). CyberLink DVD Suite, PowerDVD and Power2Go may also be found on Samsung and Gateway PCs.
