Crolin Gracie Born Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Residence California, United States Style Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Teacher(s) Carlos Gracie Jr. Rank 7th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Crolin Gracie (born in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil in 1958) is an 7th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu earning his rank under Carlos Gracie Jr. and is a son of the legendary Carlos Gracie. He's a member of the legendary Gracie family. Crolin has been training since the age of 11 notably at the famous Rolls Gracie Academy Copacabana. Growing up not only did Crolin train under Carlos Gracie Jr. but he also was training with Rickson Gracie, Mauricio Motta Gomes, the Machado family, Fábio Santos, and Romero "Jacare" Cavalcanti. Crolin was also one of the first to help Carlos Gracie Jr. open Gracie Barra in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. Crolin lived in Brazil until he moved to Miami in 1995 be fore he moved to America he married the Aunt of Pablo Popovitch. In Miami he would start teaching Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Crolin Gracie has a fight team in Brazil named Team Crolin. Crolin's most notable student has been Fabiano Iha. Iha received his black belt from Crolin.
