Heteroclinus adelaidae, known commonly as the Adelaide's weedfish in Australia,[2] is a species of clinid in the genus Heteroclinus.[3] It is a subtropical blenny found around southern Australia, in the western Pacific and Indian Ocean.[3] It was named by F.L. Castlenau in 1872,[4] and can reach a maximum length of 9 centimetres.[3] 98% of the blennies' diet is made up of zoobenthos.[5]
