———

Earl Huang of Cai (蔡伯荒) (?–?), born as Ji Huang (姬荒), was the third ruler of the State of Cai. He was the only known son of Zhong Hu of Cai (蔡仲胡) and close kin of King Cheng of Zhou and his successor King Kang of Zhou. He held the title of the Earl or Count of Cai (Cai Bo 蔡伯). The title Bo (伯) is equivalent to these Western titles. He was succeeded by his son who took the title of Marquis of Cai. There never existed a title of Duke of Cai.
