A coulibiac (from Russian: кулебя́ка kulebyáka)[citation needed] is a loaf of fish, meat, or vegetables, baked in a pastry shell. The traditional Russian version is made with salmon or sturgeon, hard-boiled eggs, mushrooms,[1] and dill[citation needed].
