FPT Group

Not to be confused with FPT Industries, an American aerospace engineering company.

FPT (FPT:VN) is a multinational information technology company of Vietnam, originally known as Food Processing Technology. One of Vietnam's leading companies,^[1] it is based in Hà Nội and has branches in Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang. FPT affiliate companies are active in telecommunications, property, education and financial services.^[2][3]

FPT ranked first in the private companies section of the 2008 VNR500 List of leading Vietnam companies; ^[4] the list is compiled on the basis of revenue, growth and other economic factors.
