Coordinates: 43°29′51″N 72°16′46″W / 43.4975°N 72.27944°W / 43.4975; -72.27944 Cornish Flat is an unincorporated village in the town of Cornish in Sullivan County, New Hampshire.

The village is located in a wide section of the valley of Blow-me-down Brook in the northeastern corner of the town of Cornish. New Hampshire Route 120 passes through the village, connecting it with Claremont to the south and Meriden and Lebanon to the north.

Cornish Flat has a separate ZIP code (03746) from the rest of the town of Cornish.
