Cornerstone OnDemand's software product consists of five integrated platforms:
- Cornerstone Learning. A learning management system (LMS).
- Cornerstone Connect. A social networking and collaboration.
- Cornerstone Performance. An employee performance management platform.
- Cornerstone Succession. A succession and career management platform.
- Cornerstone Extended Enterprise. An extended enterprise platform.
History
Cornerstone OnDemand was founded in 1999 as CyberU, Inc. by Adam Miller, Perry Wallack and Steve Seymour. All three co-founders continue to work for the company today.
In May 2005, the company changed its name to Cornerstone OnDemand.[1]
In March 2011, the company went public on the NASDAQ Global Market under the stock symbol CSOD.[2]
