Neurolipa randiella is a moth of the Gracillariidae family. It is known from the United States (Florida).[1]
The wingspan is 5.8-6.1 mm.[2]
The larvae feed on Randia aculeata. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine has the form of a more or less trumpet-shaped upperside blotch mine extending along the edge of the leaf. When fresh, the mine is not much discolored, but when old it becomes whitish brown.
