CoolBrands International
The company originally named CoolBrands International Inc., and it core business was frozen desserts that it sold under a variety of brands. It was known for its Eskimo Pie and Chipwich brands, recently[when?] sold to the Dreyer's division of Nestlé.[1]
Swisher Hygiene
CoolBrands had sold its operating business in 2007 and subsequently merged with Swisher International, Inc. in 2010.
