CTSI-Global is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee. It also has offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Chennai, India; Limerick, Ireland; and Singapore.

J. Kenneth Hazen acquired the company in 1982. Since that time, CTSI-Global has developed from a manual freight bill audit and payment operation into a global supply chain technology and services company. CTSI-Global supports over 7,000 carriers and over 100 clients from many industries. The company processes over 250 million transactions and over $5 billion dollars in freight annually. The company boasts over 50 terabytes of online data storage, which is equivalent to 500 million shipments.[2][3] CTSI-Global also boasts that it can save its clients 10-30% of their transportation costs.[4]
