(Hellmayr, 1906)The Colombian Chachalaca (Ortalis columbiana) is a species of bird in the Cracidae family. It is found in forests and woodlands in the inter-Andean valleys in Colombia. It has traditionally been treated as a subspecies of the Speckled Chachalaca.
