College of Art and Social Sciences Established 2004 Provost Prof. Dr. Dr. Daniel Buor Academic staff 4 Location Kumasi Campus Colours Purple and White Website http://cass.knust.edu.gh/ The College of Art and Social Sciences of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology consist of Five Faculties and a Research Centre. It was established by the University Statute, Statute 33, which was promulgated on 29 October 2004. The Provost officially assumed duty on 17 th December 2005. The College is the largest with a student population of 7,000 as well as a teaching and research staff population of 154.[1]
