The Rt Rev Colin John Fraser Scott was the Suffragan Bishop of Hulme from 1984 until 1998.[1] He was born on 14 May 1933 [2] and educated at Berkhamsted School and Queens' College, Cambridge. After curacies at St Barnabas, Clapham Common[3] and St James, Hatcham [4] he was Vicar of St Mark, Kennington.[5] Following this he was Vice-Chairman of the Southwark Diocesan Pastoral Committee and then (his final appointment before elevation to the Episcopate) Team Rector of Sanderstead.[6] In retirement he continues to serve the Church as an Assistant Bishop within the Diocese of Leicester. He is a prominent member of the Anglican Pacifist Fellowship.
