(2001)"Closer to Me" is the second single from British boyband Five's third and final studio album, Kingsize. Released on 24 November 2001,[1] the single found major success, peaking at #4 on the UK Singles Chart.[2] The video for the song was directed by Max & Dania, and featured various vintage band footage compiled with new material of the band. In Britain, the single was released as a double A-side with "Rock the Party", however, in other countries, both songs were released as separate singles. "Closer to Me" was the band's final British release.
