"Everybody Get Up" was co-written by Alan Merrill, Jake Hooker, Five and Herbie Crichlow. It was co-produced by Stannard and Rowe. The song also samples music from the hit song "I Love Rock 'N Roll" by Joan Jett. The video to Everybody Get Up is set in a classroom where the teacher leaves for five minutes, then the band arrive and transform the scene into a party.
