Heteroclinus johnstoni, known commonly as the Johnston's weedfish in Australia,[2] is a species of clinid in the genus Heteroclinus.[3] It is a subtropical blenny found around southern Australia, in the western Pacific and Indian Ocean.[3] It was named by W. Saville-Kent in 1886, originally under the name Clinus johnstoni,[4] and can reach a maximum length of 40 centimetres.[3]
