Clapham Town is an administrative division of the London Borough of Lambeth, United Kingdom.

The ward contains much of Clapham including part of Clapham Common and Clapham Common tube station

The ward is located in the Vauxhall parliamentary constituency.

At the Lambeth Council elections, 2010 residents of Clapham Town ward elected three Labour Party Councillors.
