All Claiborne students are required to wear school uniforms.[2]
History
Claiborne Academy was founded in 1969 by a group of citizens from throughout Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. Beginning with the 1969-1970 school year, two campuses of CA existed with one being in Haynesville and one in Homer. The campus of Claiborne Academy was built in 1970 as its present location with the 1970-1971 school years being the initial year of operation. Through the ensuing years, many additions and improvements have been made to the original facility.
