Cisco Unified Operations Manager

Cisco Unified Operations Manager (CUOM) is a NMS for voice developed by Cisco Systems.Cisco Unified Operations Manager features real-time monitoring of all system elements. It performs automatic discovery for the entire system and provides contextual diagnostics for troubleshooting.

Introduction

Cisco Unified Operations Manager is a member of Cisco Unified Communications family of products, which provides a solution for network management, provisioning, and monitoring of Cisco Unified Communications deployments. Operations Manager monitors and evaluates the current status of both the IP communications infrastructure and the underlying transport infrastructure in your network. Operations Manager uses open interfaces such as Simple Network Management Protocol(SNMP) and Hypertext Transfer Protocol(HTTP) to remotely poll data from different devices in the IP communications deployment.
