Cirebon Steam Power Plant is a proposed coal fired power plant developed by PT Cirebon Electric Power at a site located in the Kanci Area near Cirebon , Indonesia. The Plant will consist of 1 x net capacity of 660 MW coal fired power system having one turbine generator, one steam turbine and balance of plants. Its boiler will be sliding pressure operation, and be the first supercritical once-through in Indonesia.
The plant is expected to be operational in the last quarter of 2011, using coal with sulfur content of less than 0.2% as received basis that sourced from Kalimantan. Consumption will be 7,240 tonnes per day and 2,155,000 tonnes per year with coal of 4,500 kcal/kg as received basis.
