Christian Chua

Christian Chua (born 26 September 1967) is a Singaporean entrepreneur, best-selling author, speaker and trainer.

Chua is a managing partner of Renosis Industries Pte Ltd[1] and the founder of the Christian Chua Training Academy,[2] which provides training programs to corporate and school circles. Chua has previously been elected President of the Asia Professional Speakers’ (Association) Singapore 08/09,[3] and has represented Singapore in the Global Speakers Federation (GSF) Meeting 2008 in New York in this capacity.

Background and education

Chua graduated with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic in 1988, and later obtained a BSc in Economics and Marketing from the Singapore Institute of Management with Second Class Honours.

Before starting up his own company Renosis Industries Pte Ltd at 24 years old, he worked at Neptune Orient Lines as a Shipping Executive, then at Kentucky Fried Chicken as a Marketing Analyst.

Christian Chua is the best-selling author of five books including How to be a Success Magnet (2008, Renosis Industries Pte Ltd, ISBN 978-981-08-0295-0), The Essential Teenage Handbook (first published in 2007, Renosis Industries Pte Ltd, ISBN 978-981-08-1624-7), Financial Literacy for Schools (2005, Renosis Industries Pte Ltd, ISBN 981-05-3443-6), and Making Extra Pocket Money: Ideas that Work (2006, Renosis Industries Pte Ltd, ISBN 981-05-4934-2). In the spirit of promoting entrepreneurship in schools, he also collaborated with two Junior College students in 2008 to author a guidebook entitled O Levels English Essays: By Singapore Students (2008, Renosis Industries Pte Ltd, ISBN 978-981-08-1321-5).
