Christopher "Chris" Howarth (born 25 December 1960) is a British figure skater. He is the 1980 British national champion. He represented Great Britain at the 1980 Winter Olympics where he placed 15th.

He is a commentator for British Eurosport. He also works as a skating coach and assistant general manager at the Glacier Ice Arena, Vernon Hills, Illinois, and has worked for the Dutch Figure Skating Assosciation.
