Christopher Hugh Howard (born February 27, 1966 in San Diego California) is a former Major League Baseball catcher who played for the Seattle Mariners (1991, 1993-1994).

Chris Howard is now the head coach of the Pennsylvania College of Technology baseball in Williamsport, PA. As of 2011, this is Howard's 5th season as head coach. [1][2]
