Christopher Bruce "Chris" Burns is an Australian politician. He is a Labor member of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly. He has held his seat of Johnston since its creation at the 2001 election on 18 August 2001.[1] He has been a Minister since November 2002 and has held a number of portfolios. As at September 2010 he is Minister for Education and Training, Minister for Public and Affordable Housing, and Minister for Public Employment.[2]
Chris Burns is also Leader of Government Business in the Legislative Assembly.
He is married with three children.[3]
