Choi Moon-soon (born February 4, 1956, Nickname: Moonsoonc; means Mr.Moon-soon) is the incumbent Governor of Gangwon Province. He was a CEO of the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation from 2005 to 2008, and then served as a Member of National Assembly from 2008 to 2011. He was elected at the special election for the Governorship of Gangwon at April 27, 2011.
