Chinta-pally (Telugu: చింతపల్లి) is a village and mandal headquarters in the Nalgonda district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.
"Chinta" in the Telugu language means "Tamarind". During olden days, it was known for large-sized tamarind trees across the village.
Being midway to Hyderabad on the Nagarjuna Sagar highway, it also acts as a tourists' rest place. Since it is a business hub for surrounding small villages and thandas, it was made a mandal.
To reach the main village, you have to travel 2 km from the main road. you have to go on auto or bus. On the way to the village, you can see the many tamarind trees for which this village acquired its name. And greate palace also here. one theater here. five ricemills available. National award winning pictures: "Daasi", and "Kubusam" shooting done here. It has Airtel, Idea, Aircel, and BSNL networks.
Temples saibaba temple main road is also well Known as Second Shiridi. Lord siva temple in village.
