Cheryl Contee Cheryl Contee the co-founder of Jack and Jill Politics, named one of the top 10 black blogs in 2008,[1] where she writes under the pseudonym "Jill Tubman". She is also the co-founder and partner at Fission Strategy, a women-owned tech company an Internet strategy and web development firm that specializes in nonprofits and foundation. Cheryl co-founded Fission Strategy with her partner Rosalyn Lemieux in 2008. She received her B.A. from Yale University and has an International Executive M.B.A. from Georgetown University.

Cheryl's work has been published in the Washington Post, New York Times, San Francisco Magazine, BBC, and CNN, among other media appearances. She is also on several boards and advisory committees including: Netroots Nation, BlogHer, Blogging While Brown, Applied Research Center, and CommonGoods.Net.
